Synopsis
It is 1992. A war is raging in Croatia. The new government is forcefully evicting politically unsuitable persons from their apartments. In a sudden eviction, Ivan and Vesna find themselves on the opposite sides. This is a film about the silent and passive majority. And about civil courage.

Directors Biography
Dijana Mlaðenoviæ obtained her degrees from the Rijeka Law School and Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts (Production Department). After working in judiciary, she switched to managing film screening in Pula from 1999 to 2008. At the same time, as a freelancer, she worked on the production of a few TV and film projects and took part in organizing and creative development of several film festivals. She founded Kinematograf production company and is now its manager. 'Thresholds' is her first short fiction film. The film was made under the mentorship of Zvonimir Juriæ.
