Synopsis
This love-cum-crime story is one of the most important Yugoslav films of the 1980s. The highly aestheticized photography by Goran Trbuljak and set design by Željko Seneèiæ (Golden Arena for Set Design at Pula Film Festival) are great assets of this combination of Mozart's 'Magic Flute' and Cyrano de Bergerac. Although its director Zvonimir Berkoviæ made only four films, his contribution to Croatian cinematography includes masterpieces like 'Rondo', which is the crucial film of Croatian and Yugoslav auteur cinema.
